After 20 years in Talent across high-growth tech, media, and marketing businesses - including leadership roles partnering with founders and senior teams, I’ve seen firsthand how career decisions are really made inside organisations.
That experience now shapes the way I coach: grounded, honest, and rooted in how workplaces actually work.
Why coaching matters to me
Long before I trained as a coach, I experienced the value of having the right thinking partner around me.
When I stepped into my first Head of Talent role, I quickly learned how much it mattered to have people around me who could challenge my thinking and help me navigate decisions where the buck stopped with me.
Later in my career, coaching gave me something different but equally powerful: space to better understand myself.
At a senior level, when my own inner voice was becoming part of the challenge, coaching helped me build greater self-awareness and navigate with more intention.
That’s why I believe so strongly in this work.
Because in busy, high-pressure careers, what you really need is help to reconnect with what they already know, but haven’t had the space to hear.
Real change happens when people think deeply, build self-awareness, and arrive at decisions they genuinely own.
