Where I can support
I work with businesses in two distinct ways, and occasionally both at once.
The first is supporting your people. Providing focused 1:1 coaching for employees at key career moments - whether that's progression, transition, leadership, or navigating the complexity of a demanding environment. That can work as individual commissioned coaching or as an embedded Coach-in-Residence arrangement.
The second is supporting your Talent function. Working as a senior, embedded partner for growing businesses where hiring has outpaced internal capacity, bringing senior ownership and judgment without the overhead of a permanent hire.
Both are grounded in the same thing: nearly 20 years inside high-growth tech, media, and marketing businesses, working closely with founders, People teams, and senior leaders. I understand how these organisations operate, how decisions get made, and where the pressure usually sits.

Hi I’m Jenna,
I’m a qualified coach and former senior Talent leader with 20 years’ experience building teams, developing people and navigating the realities of fast-moving, complex organisations.
